Limitation of Liability
If product(s) that you have recieved are damaged or broken, KingCobraGaming will replace the item only if the shipping carrier of that product(s) was at fault. Physical damage or misuse of the item by the customer after arrival is not covered. Inspect your product(s) once delivered and call us immediately. If you do not call us within 2 days of the products delivery we will not be able to assist you. No refunds are given after order is placed, sale is final upon transaction. KingCobraGaming.com is not liable to any injury that may occur to a customer with the use of our products. Our products are of low risk injury.

Returns
All returns must be in sell-able condition. Any damaged or "used" products will not be accepted and returned to the customer. We will not pay for any shipping and handling charges that apply to the returned product(s).

Cancellation of Order
If you choose to cancel your order you must do so by 2pm EST that day. We process your order immediately upon arrival. We cannot cancel your order after that time.



Shipping Policy
*Free Shipping only applies to the listed Gaming Tables. Unfortunately we cannot offer Canada Free Shipping on our GamingTables. All other shipping and handling charges apply.
*Sales Tax is only charged to Pennsylvanian residences at the current rate of 6%.

How long will it be until my purchase is delivered?
We will process your order immediately. We keep the majority of our products in stock but sometimes we might have a shortage of a particular item. If this happens we will offer you a 6% refund of the total amount and ship your product to you asap. Many of our products (Holdem Poker Tables, all Kestell products) are extremely popular right now due to the Television exposure these games are getting, and might take up to 2+ weeks to be delivered. Our Quoitboards, Quoits, Poker Chips and other tables are more than likely in stock.

Can I get my product by this date?
Since most our products are custom made we cannot guarrantee you that you would recieve your order by a requested date.

Can I get a shipping confirmation email for my purchase?
Yes. If you supply us with your email address we will send a confirmation to you for your convenience. You can give us your email address on the order form.

My product(s) were damaged upon arrival, what do I do?
If this happens contact us immediately. We will assist you to solve that inconvience.
